Leveraging over 20 years of extensive experience in the foam floor mat industry, we primarily manufacture foam floor mats, taekwondo mats, puzzle mats, and EVA composite mats. NEXSTARS boasts over 15 years of experience in OEM processing, having provided OEM & ODM services to numerous international brands. Our team comprises 200 employees, operating in a factory that spans over 30,000 square meters, equipped with more than 50 primary production machines. Additionally, we have a professional foreign trade team of 20 members, offering comprehensive tracking services from negotiation to receipt, ensuring smooth cooperation with our clients as if they were old friends. Our production facility includes four efficient product lines with a daily capacity of four HQ containers. We are equipped with 12 advanced foaming machines, four mixing mills, six precision cutting machines, four automated packaging machines, and various other auxiliary production equipment, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality for all external orders.
